Review Your Structure Early

Companies should assess their ownership and control structures well in advance. Identifying beneficial owners can be particularly challenging in the case of complex ownership arrangements.

Consistency Matters

Information reported to the Transparency Register should be consistent with the data held by banks and other financial intermediaries. Discrepancies may trigger additional reviews and clarification requests.

Act Now

Incorrect, incomplete or late filings may lead to costly consequences. Early preparation helps create clarity and reduce compliance risks.
