My vision is to continue to make our business unit fit for the future and resilient. My current focus is on actively involving younger management staff in specific strategic decisions. This allows me to hand over responsibility in a targeted manner and at the same time prepare our team heads for future management tasks.
Our field is changing rapidly – customer requirements are becoming more specific and regulatory requirements are increasing. Fortunately, we have highly trained talents who come straight from training into practice and bring fresh perspectives with them. However, we also focus on continuous learning and close collaboration within the team in order to proactively address changes.

For me, leadership means trust, freedom and responsibility. I lead – as some employees say – ‘on a long leash’. At the same time, I’m there when it comes to special customer needs or complex communication – I’m happy to contribute my experience. It’s important to me that people in the team feel comfortable and can develop. Our customers also sense this attitude – and it is often the key to outstanding results.
We are actively driving digital processes throughout the Group. In property management in particular, we have already made great strides towards working more efficiently and in a more modern way. Our goal is clear: where digitalisation is possible, it should remain or be further developed. At the same time, professional expertise remains key – which is why we focus on continuous further training so that we can continue to offer first-class service at a high level both nationally and internationally.
