From the traditional advisory business to data-based wealth solutions – Christian Dietsche has actively shaped the transformation of wealth management in recent years. At swisspartners for almost nine years and now CEO Wealth Management and Partner, he combines a deep understanding of the industry with entrepreneurial clarity and leadership at eye level.
His focus is on genuine client proximity, sustainable growth and the targeted use of internal synergies. He promotes a culture of cooperation, relies on trust and personal responsibility and is convinced that good leadership means exemplifying what is expected – authentically, clearly and with a view to the future.
I see great potential in making our profile as a professional asset manager even more visible – with a clear focus on the added value we offer through collaboration and our holistic approach. We are excellently positioned internally and can bundle our strengths in an even more targeted way. At the same time, I am looking forward to addressing and winning over new and younger target groups. It is important to me that we as managers exemplify what we expect – credibly, clearly and authentically.
Change is a permanent state of affairs for us. New challenges arise all the time – that’s part of everyday life. Customers react more calmly today, even to global crises. At the same time, demands are increasing – especially from the younger generation. Nevertheless, there will always be customers who value personal support. This is exactly where we come in.
Our strength lies in our broad range of services and personal support. We support our clients holistically, with specialist knowledge – but also with heart and gut feeling
For me, leadership means setting a good example. I am convinced that clear lines, reliability and orientation are important – especially in an environment with a lot of personal responsibility. We give freedom, but those who need support also get it. A balance is needed – between freedom and leadership.
I expect a clear consolidation. Many smaller asset managers will not be able to survive under the pressure of regulation. This is our opportunity – consolidation on an equal footing, as we have done with Tell & Partner, for example. At the same time, we are focusing on the younger generation – with modern offerings and the right team.
